The Volunteer Airdrie Society promotes, advocates and encourages volunteerism in the area of the City of Airdrie, Alberta. 

Volunteer Airdrie is a community operated volunteer organization serving the people of Airdrie and surrounding area. Our primary goal is strengthening our community through volunteerism. We promote lifelong volunteerism, raise awareness of the power of service, educate, and inform people about opportunities to serve through volunteerism. Furthermore, we build capacity for effective local volunteering through resources and training in volunteer management and provide leadership and facilitate action on issues relating to volunteerism.

Volunteer Airdrie encourages and supports volunteerism in Airdrie and the surrounding area by supporting local organizations and their volunteers that make a positive impact in the areas of human and social services, education, arts, culture, sports, recreation, health care, faith-based, environment, and others. Youth and Corporate volunteerism are also vital parts of our community and we support students and businesses in their volunteer involvement.  We currently support over 60 non-profit organizations in the Airdrie area with our training, mentoring, advertising and volunteer recruitment needs.
